NOTE: Anything sent to the hotel by exhibitor will incur additional charges the exhibitor will be responsible for.
Hilton Storage & Handling Fees
Hilton will charge Exhibitors directly for storage and handling of any item received by the hotel as follows:
0 – 15 lbs box is $5.00 per piece per day
16 – 50 lbs box is $10.00 per piece per day
51 – 100 lbs box is $50.00 per piece per day
100 – 200 lbs box is $100.00 per piece per day
* Moving to exhibit space/room is included
Contract signing signifies acknowledgment of fees imposed by Hilton for storage and handling and the exhibitor’s agreement to pay the hotel when charges are incurred.
NOTE: CAS is not responsible for lost or damaged packages shipped to the hotel. The hotel is not responsible for lost or damaged packages shipped without acknowledgment or receipt from the hotel.
