Picturesque Emeryville
| The City of Emeryville sits across the Bay from San Francisco. It is the first exit right after you get off the Bay Bridge. Because of the enormous amount of traffic exchange between these two cities, they often pass along a near-identical touch of their cultural and economical identities. Of course, no city is as unique as Emeryville with the Pixar Studio as a member of its business community. Emeryville also sits at the junction of I-80, I-580 and I-880. Within two miles of each other, there are the United Artists multiplexer and the AMC Bay Street theaters, including an IMAX screen. Amtrak and Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) have stops at MacArthur, and the City of Emeryville even operates its own “Emery Go Round” shuttle service at no charge to visitors during limited hours that includes stops at the Emeryville BART station and Hilton Garden Inn.
